POWERFUL LEADERSHIP TRANSFORMATION

This on-site 4-hour workshop helps (aspiring) leaders connect with their full leader potential and inherent power, and embody a confident, compelling presence so they can step up to the next level in their careers, while making a more impactful contribution to their team and the entire organization. It is based on my system Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT) and it cracks the code of what it takes for a corporate woman to go from a competent manager to a powerful leader.

Participants learn to:

  • Fully acknowledge their leadership capabilities and upgrade their self-perception

  • Identify and magnify their unique strengths, distinguish themselves with their specific skills, and make a more powerful contribution

  • Develop a compelling business presence and gain visibility

  • Become more effective communicators and team leaders through the use of C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® (CreatingWE Institute)

This on-site 4-hour workshop helps male leaders and employees understand the challenges of female co-workers so they can support each other on their path to leadership and create success together.

We will discuss company-specific gender-related challenges (based on interviews with both female and male employees) as well as their cultural and organizational causes so we can develop a strategy for change and inspire participants to act as mentors for aspiring women leaders and advocates of female advancement.

Participants learn to:

  • Understand typical differences in women’s and men’s thinking and behavior with regards to their careers
  • Grasp gender-related challenges and recognize them when they occur
  • Effectively support female team members and other women in meetings so they can gain more visibility and have their voices heard
  • Ways to mentor aspiring women leaders
  • Become more effective communicators through the use of C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® (CreatingWE Institute) 
  • Ways to participate in your organization’s women’s network as an advocate for female advancement
