This on-site 5-hour workshop helps male team leaders understand the challenges of female co-workers on their path to leadership so they can support each other and create greater success together.

We will discuss company-specific gender-related challenges (based on interviews with both female and male employees) as well as their cultural and organizational causes so we can develop a strategy for change and inspire participants to act as mentors for aspiring leaders, both women and men.

Participants learn to:

  • Understand typical differences in women’s and men’s thinking and behavior with regards to their careers
  • Grasp gender-related challenges and recognize them when they occur so they can handle them more confidently
  • Effectively support all team members in meetings so they can gain visibility and have their voices heard
  • Mentor female aspiring leaders in their teams more effectively
  • Become more influential communicators through the use of C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® (CreatingWE Institute)
